do orginization members have to be evil?

Apperance: so far all we know of her is she wears a long black cloak (those cape things with hoods) with the hood up. black skirt, covering her ankles, Black peasant bloue with long sleaves, and has red hair, as some sticks out of her hood.
Weapon: A Crimson staff with carvings on it. those carving describe her accomplishments and are her sourse of spells. the staff is made of a magical wood that is unbreakable by human made weapons, or any weapon held by a human.
Special Effects: uses suspension magic that uspends her victims a few feet off the ground, almost immoble, only arms and legs movable, while the unknown swarm them.
Special Abilities: Calling up the unknown, shadow step, basically she steps into any shadow and disapears to another place. if you have a lantetrn or something that makes no shadows, then she uses her staff to turn out the light. she also is swift.
